Virus & Spyware Removal

Signs of Virus and Spyware Infection:

What we can do:

Level I - We will first scan your machine and attempt to remove any malware using multiple antivirus, antispyware, rootkit detection and removal softwares. If necessary, we will use advanced registry editing and other methods to manually remove the virus from your machine.
 
    

Level II - In some cases, to completely restore your machine to proper working order, we will need to take a more aggressive aproach. With Level II, we will backup your data and settings, then perform a low level format of your hard drive, re-install your operating system, applications and then restore your files and settings. 

    

Future virus prevention
 Both Level I & II also include installation of antivirus software of your choice, if not already present.  Updating of virus definitions. Installation of relavent system and application updates and patches.
